All guests must send us a valid cell phone number with whatsapp application in order to receive the check-in instructions.

Guests on arrival must immediately communicate through the application whatsapp any damage found in the apartment.

The apartment must be left in order, the refrigerator must be emptied, dishes must be rinsed and put in the dishwasher.

If food is found in the dishes or in the fridge or sink a penalty will be charged on your credit card. Any request related to the booking (cot, extra bed, early or late check in, extra sheets and towels, apartment cleaning, etc...) is subject to availability check and you will be informed of the supplement to pay.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
